Job Summary:

The Rubrik Alliance Manager will serve as the primary liaison between Assured Data Protection and Rubrik, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration to drive mutual growth. This role is instrumental in managing the strategic partnership, identifying joint opportunities, and coordinating efforts to meet shared objectives. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of channel and alliance management, exceptional relationship-building skills, and experience working within the data protection or IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Rubrik’s key stakeholders, including leadership, sales, marketing, and technical teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Rubrik-related initiatives and activities.
  • Work with Rubrik MSP leadership to collaborate on go to market strategies, enable sales and channel compensation programs, and build a more cohesive relationship.
• Joint Business Planning:
  • Collaborate with Rubrik to develop and execute joint business plans, including go-to-market strategies and mutual growth targets with an ROI on joint ventures.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for joint product and service offerings.
• Enablement and Training:
  • Ensure alignment between Assured and Rubrik’s enablement programs to keep teams informed about new products, services, and updates.
  • Work with internal teams to facilitate training and certifications on Rubrik solutions to include partner dashboard enablement.
  • Manage and report ROI on both the Point of Sale and Amplify programs
• Sales and Marketing Coordination:
  • Partner with the sales and marketing teams to develop joint campaigns, events, and activities that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Track and report on the success of joint initiatives, using data to refine strategies.
• Program and Incentive Management:
  • Leverage Rubrik’s partner programs and incentives to maximize mutual benefits.
  • Monitor program performance and ensure Assured Data Protection’s compliance with Rubrik’s partnership requirements.
  • Enable partner organizations with Rubrik approved SPIFF programs.
• Conflict Resolution:
  • Address and resolve any conflicts or issues between Assured and Rubrik promptly and effectively.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in channel management, alliance management, or a similar role in the IT or data protection industry.
• Proven track record of managing OEM or strategic partnerships with measurable success.
• Strong understanding of Rubrik’s products, services, and value propositions (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
