We are seeking a People Operations Lead to support our Human Resources functions and help us build an outstanding employee experience, in a fast-paced, growing technology company.

 

Job Summary:

 

As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in building a strong foundation ensuring smooth employee lifecycle processes and fostering a positive workplace culture. You will collaborate with various teams to drive HR initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. This role requires a hands-on, adaptable professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Collaborate with various teams to create HR processes to streamline HR operations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practices.
  • Manage onboarding, employee status change, performance management and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for employees.
  • Support PEO administration to include benefits administration, payroll processing, and leave management.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate and promote employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
  • Conduct training sessions on HR-related topics, including company policies, diversity, and inclusion.
  • Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and talent development strategies.

 

Key Qualifications and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in the technology sector or a small to mid-sized company.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
  • Experience in a startup or high-growth company.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, talent acquisition tools and HR analytics.
