With 19 years in the IT field across multiple industries, Elisa thrives on solving complex problems and embracing new challenges. But life isn’t just about tech – she is also an avid dog lover, an outdoor enthusiast, and a bookworm who’s always up for a great read.

“When I’m not diving into the latest tech trends, you’ll find me out on the trails, exploring nature through hiking, paddle boarding, or taking on my latest passion—obstacle course races like Spartan and Tough Mudder. I love pushing my limits, getting a little muddy, and proving to myself that there’s always another challenge worth conquering.

I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining the Solutions team! I can’t wait to bring my experience, my passion for IT, and my love for collaboration to the table. Being a team player is in my DNA, and I’m excited to contribute, learn, and tackle new challenges alongside an amazing group of people.

Dana began her career at HPE, where she quickly built a strong foundation in sales, before moving to Sophos as an Account Executive. She continued to grow her expertise and later joined Veritas Technologies as a Channel Manager, managing key accounts like CDW. Over the years, Dana has honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of technology, channel, and client relationships.

Outside of work, Dana loves to travel and explore new places, try out new restaurants, and experiment with cooking new recipes. She’s always up for an adventure and enjoys discovering new experiences.”

Michael is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the technology sector, having begun his career at CDW in 2011. With a strong foundation in channel management, he has dedicated much of his career to supporting CDW partnerships, leveraging his expertise to deliver customized technology solutions to business clients. Michael is committed to driving growth and fostering deeper collaboration between Assured Data Protection and CDW, with a focus on strengthening their strategic partnership and delivering innovative solutions to clients.

“In my first weeks at Assured, I have been thoroughly impressed by the direction of the company. The team, the culture, the products, and the commitment to our partnerships all resonate deeply with me. I am confident that we will be able to generate substantial growth within the channel. I look forward to working closely with CDW to provide customers with industry-leading backup and disaster recovery solutions.”

Outside of work, Michael is a proud uncle to eight nieces and nephews and has a tendency to just miss Santa during the holiday season. A passionate traveler, he continues to explore new destinations, and as an advanced open water scuba diver, he is always seeking new underwater adventures.”

James joins Assured Data Protection as an Implementation Engineer.

“My journey in IT began over 10 years ago with an apprenticeship, and since then, I’ve built my expertise working support and infrastructure roles. This experience has now led me to Assured Data Protection, where I’m excited to contribute and grow.

My first few weeks here have been amazing! Everyone has been incredibly welcoming, and the company culture is fantastic. I’m thrilled to be part of such a fast-growing business.

Outside of work, I spend a lot of time bouldering and catching up with friends. I also love traveling and love exploring new countries whenever I get the chance!”

Mayar Asal is a results-driven Project Manager with a background in communications and an MBA from George Mason University. With experience leading projects from inception to completion, she thrives in fast-paced environments, ensuring efficiency and collaboration at every stage. Passionate about process optimization and strategic planning, Mayar is committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.

“Outside of work, I enjoy strength training, traveling, and exploring new dining experiences. I am also preparing for my next bodybuilding competition and an upcoming endurance race.”

Thomas started his working life after school selling tiles for many years. He moved internally into purchasing and eventually into an IT Training role.

“From there, I moved into Tool Hire Fleet Coordination, which ultimately led me back into IT and Asset Management. The rest is history, and I’ve acquired skills and knowledge from my past few roles within IT Asset Management.

I’m excited to join Assured as I’d like to help towards its continued growth. Plus everyone I’ve met so far has been wonderful, it just feels like a close knit collection of people and I’m happy to be a part of that.

Outside of work I enjoy getting outdoors and when the weathers right, my wife and I (plus Paddington the dog) enjoy getting away for camping weekends. And when the weather isn’t right, I can usually be found gaming at home with one of our two cats curled up beside me.”

Dan brings over 10 years of Channel Management experience across various industries, with seven of those years focused specifically on Cyber Security. During this time, he successfully managed key accounts such as CDW, Softchoice, and Insight for the Canadian market in his role as National Partner Account Manager.

“My first two weeks at Assured Data Protection have been exceptional. I have been thoroughly impressed by the team, the company’s culture, its robust product offerings, and its unwavering commitment to the channel ecosystem. I am excited to contribute to the team and be part of the company’s growth moving forward.

Outside of work, I am a proud father to three young children – two boys and a girl – each under the age of 10, so much of my free time is dedicated to their activities/interests. I actively coach both of my sons’ soccer teams and serve as Vice President on the board of their soccer club. When I do find some personal time, I enjoy golfing in the summer and playing ice hockey and snowboarding in the winter.”

Cody has spent 10 years in the IT Sales industry exclusively working for, or supporting, CDW. He began his career at CDW as an Account Manager and spent 5 years covering the Ohio Valley region of the US before transitioning to a Channel Account Manager role for the cybersecurity company Trend Micro, covering CDW’s Small Business segment from a national perspective.

“In my first two full weeks at this company, I can already tell how special this organization is. The wealth of knowledge, along with the company culture, has been a breath of fresh air to me. I can’t wait to take my knowledge of the industry and CDW Channel experience to this role and continue this pace of historic growth for Assured Data Protection.

At home, I have a two year old daughter with my wife Alaina, and a baby boy on the way (Due in May). We love to spend as much time as possible outdoors and enjoy looking for new places to travel for hiking & camping. I’m an avid NFL fan and self-proclaimed Movie Buff, so I’m always looking for recommendations!”

Imogen joins Assured Data Protection as a Senior Marketing Executive.

“I’ve really enjoyed my first few weeks at Assured and am excited for what’s to come. I look forward to developing my skills within the company and contributing to its continued success. Outside of work, I enjoy tennis, swimming, and spending time with family and friends.”

Scott has worked in various roles within IT Service Delivery for over 25 years, providing IT managed services to internal and external customers within the government, public safety and security sectors. He has also managed third-party service providers to deliver IT services to financial services customers.

“It’s clearly a great time to be joining Assured Data Protection and I’m looking forward to playing a part in the delivery of high-quality services to our customers.

Outside of work, a lot of my spare time is spent coaching and watching football. I’ve been a season ticket holder at Liverpool FC for nearly 30 years and I’m an academy football coach at Doncaster Rovers FC.”

Matt has been in the IT industry for 16 years ,with and the the best part of the last 9 years in the Reseller space. Matt has looked after customers of all sizes in the UK and across the EU on a variety of different types of projects, across hardware and software.

“I couldn’t be happier with my first few weeks at Assured as everyone has been extremely helpful and welcoming. I am so happy I am joining at such an exciting point in the Assured journey as hearing the plans for growth first hand makes me want to contribute to the ongoing success we are already having as quickly as possible.

Outside of work I have a young son who I do as many activities as possible with. He has just stared to kick footballs (he’s better than me already) and we watch our team Man United lose most weeks, I keep telling him it will get better soon!  I also have 6 fish tanks that keep me busy with the upkeep and maintenance that the fish require.”
