Assured Data Protection Launches New Support Center in Tunisia
BY Assured Data Protection
To better serve its growing global customer base and deliver faster, more efficient support, Assured Data Protection has opened a new support center in Tunis, Tunisia. This new location enhances the company’s ability to provide multilingual, real-time assistance to clients in key regions, including Europe, North America, and the Middle East. By expanding into Tunisia, Assured strengthens its 24/7/365 global support model, improves ticket response times, and ensures a consistent, high-quality customer experience – regardless of location or time zone.
The launch follows the successful rollout of Assured’s Costa Rica support site last year and reflects the company’s continued investment in scalable, multilingual, and regionally aligned customer support.
Tunisia was selected for its strategic proximity to the French market and its operational alignment with other Assured Data Protection hubs. As a nearshore solution, Tunisia offers significant advantages for supporting the French-speaking market. It is geographically close to France, just a short commute away which facilitates seamless, real-time collaboration between teams and customers.
Tunis, the nation’s capital and the site of the new office, is home to the majority of the country’s population. Its international airport and urban concentration offer efficient scalability and accessibility, both of which are critical to Assured’s growth strategy.
Tunisia’s skilled workforce was a major draw in selecting the location. The country boasts a rich pipeline of technically trained professionals, many of whom graduate from strong engineering and IT programs. “What really stood out is the multilingual capability,” Adam Riley said, Global Director of Support at Assured Data Protection. “French and Arabic are native languages, and English is very widely spoken. So we’re getting trilingual speakers who are technically skilled — it’s a really strong resource pool.”
This talent base allows Assured to serve customers seamlessly across French, English, and Arabic-speaking regions, including France, Canada’s Quebec province, and parts of the Middle East and North Africa.
The Tunisia office plays a critical role in Assured’s round-the-clock global support model. It complements the company’s existing support sites in the UK, the US East Coast, and Costa Rica, creating a cohesive 24/7/365 service network. “Adding Tunisia to the mix smooths out the flow of support tickets and case handling across time zones,” Adam Riley said. “It helps reduce wait times and ensures customers aren’t left waiting for answers – that’s a big win for service quality.”
The new site is staffed initially by 12 team members, including a dedicated trainer and leadership support. The team is expected to grow in line with customer demand, following the same model used in Costa Rica, where headcount more than doubled in the first year of operations.
This expansion underscores Assured Data Protection’s long-term commitment to delivering high-quality customer experiences through strategic investment in infrastructure and talent. “We’re not just opening offices – we’re building capacity that grows with our customers,” Adam Riley said. “Tunisia gives us flexibility, depth, and coverage that improves every touchpoint in the support journey.”
The launch of the Tunisia support center is a key step in Assured’s global roadmap and positions the company to better serve its international customer base while maintaining its reputation for responsive, expert-level support.
