Assured appoints Andrew Eva as Chief Operating Officer
BY Cait WaxAs COO, Andrew will focus on improving operational efficiency, strengthening inter-team collaboration, and ensuring every part of our organization is set up to deliver the best possible experience for customers and partners alike.
Creating a more connected, efficient organization
Over the past three years, we have built a strong vertical structure across technology, service delivery, and customer success. The next challenge is improving how we operate horizontally. Delivering consistency and communication across teams and geographies is a significant component of this challenge.
Andrew’s objective as COO is to bring this alignment to life. He will work closely with Paul Dix (CFO) and the leadership team to oversee core business operations, streamline shared services, and create new efficiencies across departments. His focus will include:
- Reducing duplication and improving cross-team communication
- Building shared processes that make our tools, systems, and data work together seamlessly.
- Creating a single operational view across the business, from customer support to partner integration to revenue analytics.
- Freeing up the Office of the CTO organization, led by Stew Parkin, to focus on innovation and product development.
Empowering teams and leaders
As part of this structural evolution, Andrew has appointed three divisional leads:
- Adam Riley will take on leadership of service delivery, ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences for our customers.
- Ian Thompson will lead business delivery, continuing to strengthen our infrastructure and delivery capabilities.
- A new shared services function will be introduced later this week to coordinate internal systems, applications, and tools across the organization.
We’re adopting a proven management framework used by global leaders like Accenture and IBM. While day-to-day models will remain the same, this model brings clearer responsibilities, stronger support, and more consistent systems.
Driving partner and customer integration
The new COO role also creates capacity to strengthen our partnerships. Andrew will work closely with our major technology and channel partners, including CDW, ePlus, SHI, and Choice Solutions, to develop more systematic and programmatic integrations across service, support, and data processes.
Our goal is simple, when partners engage with Assured, it should feel seamless. One process, one experience, every time. That means tighter integration across our systems, more shared data, and a consistent model that scales from global distributors to regional resellers.
Laying the groundwork for continued growth
The creation of the COO role aligns with our ongoing growth strategy following investment from Oakley Capital. After a year of accelerated expansion, we have added new managed service solutions for Nutanix developed by our recently formed Innovation Team, and the business is now focused on operational excellence, data insight, and scalability.
By unifying data from across our systems, we will gain new visibility into customer performance, revenue trends, and product adoption.
The next phase of growth
Andrew’s appointment represents a deliberate step toward greater focus, clarity, and organizational maturity. With a strong foundation already in place, the priority now is to refine how teams work together, ensure growth remains sustainable, and provide every function with the structure and support needed to succeed.
Andrew will also engage in Board of Directors reviews, improving alignment between our operational focus, financial goals, and strategic vision. We’re excited for what’s ahead and thrilled to welcome Andrew into this new role as he helps lead Assured into its next chapter.
