Matrix operates a leading workforce management platform specializing in the delivery of employment solutions for large clients across the private and public sector space, including local councils and major retailers. With a lean infrastructure team responsible for critical, cloud-based services hosted on Azure and AWS, Matrix needed a unified, secure, and reliable backup solution to support ongoing growth and protect vital business operations.
