We are therefore pleased to introduce three new additions to our teams, both the UK and US.
Sandeep Jandu – Recovery Specialist
Sandeep Joins us in the UK and has quickly become a huge asset to our technical team. He brings a wealth of experience with him after working for a number of large players in the industry for over 13 years. Sandeep’s specialist skills lie in DR, business continuity, cloud backup and replication.
Ryan Taylor – Support Team Lead
Ryan has joined us in the UK to lead our technical support team. He has vast experience in cloud backup and replication support and has also worked as an Application Support Engineer earlier in his career.
Colin Goodwin – Support Specialist
Colin has joined our US team in Virginia and has a passion for everything IT! He made the move from Ohio to become an integral part of our technical team and will be the first port of call for our customers in the States.
